Dr Henry Kippin is executive director of Collaborate. He has a 15 year background in developing innovative public service policy and practice, and has researched, written and consulted widely in UK and international public policy.
He is a visiting fellow at Newcastle University Business School, and a visiting fellow at the United Nations Development Programme’s Global Centre for Public Service Excellence. Henry was previously a founding partner of the RSA 2020 Public Services Hub, an advisor to Accenture’s global Public Services for the Future programme, a senior fellow at the Institute for Health and Public Service Value, and head of research at an international development agency.
Henry has delivered work for a diverse range of organisations including the Social Market Foundation, the Lisbon Council, the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance and a range of local government, health and public service bodies in the UK and internationally. He has a PhD from the University of Sheffield and is co-editor of ‘Public Services: a new reform agenda’, published in 2013 by Bloomsbury Press.
