David joined Collaborate in February 2015 to lead on Impact and Evaluation following eleven years of developing and managing Impact and Evaluation programs for the third sector including Kids Company and Impetus-PEF.

He completed a Masters degree in Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience at the University of Liverpool in 2004 where he also studied Psychology and Zoology as an undergraduate.
