“In a context of budgetary and statutory change, I am excited to be working with organisations that are serious about building better services to the public. Understanding the experience of service users and brokering partnerships between sectors are central to the Collaborate model. This distinctive approach is having a real impact and I am excited to be part of a team leading innovation into services fit for the future.”
